A digital proof of your design will be sent to you to view before your item is printed where you can make any changes you wish and make sure you are happy with it. 

Send us your favourite photo, this could be a photo of mum with the kids, a holiday photo from a memorable location, a favourite wedding photo to celebrate an anniversary... it is completely up to you! Add a short line of text of your choice inside the circle, eg: "Love you Mum" and up to 25 words to go around the circle.

We can either use your photo as you supply it to us or we can add an instagram photo effect filter to your image to give it a nostalgic feeling.

Once you have placed your order, please send us a high resolution, large picture file for printing via your order enquiry. If you are unsure of the quality of your photo, please send it after you have placed your order and we will advise you.

This design comes in 3 finishes: an unframed print, a framed print, a stretched canvas and a block mounted print.

Unframed Prints: These are printed onto high quality, thick photo satin paper. It is sent rolled in a postal tube. Prints do not come mounted or framed. No fixings included.

Framed & Mounted Prints: These are printed onto high quality photo satin paper. This is then professionally mounted onto thick card to prevent the print buckling in the frame. Our frames come with clear acrylic, not glass. There are 2 frame choices - a thinner frame which is 2.8cm in width and a chunkier frame which is 5.4cm in width. Wall fixings are supplied. Both options come with mounts.

Stretched canvases: The canvas is heat sealed and hand stretched around a continuous wooden frame surrounding a hardback board. The heat sealing process ensures that the canvas is water and scratch resistant, improving the durability and providing added protection from general wear and tear. Our beautifully made canvases are 3.5cm in depth, creating a sturdy and solid piece of wall art. Wall fixings are supplied.

Framed print – Thinner frame is 50cm x 50cm and chunkier frame is 48cm x 48cm (comes ready to hang).

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Should you choose to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the UK, where we are based.
