The Home Is Where The Heart Is Art is available in 3 printed finishes: 
Standard unframed print: Printed onto high quality photo satin paper, ready for you to frame yourself. They will be sent flat (not rolled) in a double walled cardboard holder. Unframed prints do not come framed and do not come with a mount.
Unframed print including a mount: Printed onto high quality photo satin paper and comes with a white mount ready for you to frame yourself. They will be sent flat (not rolled) in a double walled cardboard holder.
Framed prints: Printed onto high quality photo satin paper and comes with a white mount. Our frames come with clear acrylic, not glass. The frame is 3cm thick and comes ready to hang. Frames come in 3 colours - wooden, white or black.
If you are purchasing a print and framing it yourself and are using a mount, please make sure when you order the mount from your supplier that the mount aperture is slightly smaller than the finished size print. This is so that the mount can sit comfortably over the print and hold it in place so the print doesn’t fall through. We recommend the size of the mount aperture to be no less than 10mm smaller on each side than the print. If the print measures 210mm x 297mm then your mount aperture should be no bigger than 190mm x 277mm.

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Should you choose to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the UK, where we are based.
