A proof of your personalised family rules design will be sent to you by email. Simply reply to us with print approval for your item to be printed and dispatched, or send us any changes to your design you wish and we will send you a revised proof back. 

The first line will be your family surname, the second line will be the words "Family Rules" followed by up to 5 lines of your own personalised rules.

Maximum of 23 characters per line, including spaces.
The text is printed onto one side only.

If your text contains letters with accents or text that is not English please ensure that you type the text exactly as you would like it to appear, we will use your text EXACTLY as you have provided it. If in doubt select the option to ‘see a proof’ as this will allow you to check that your names or words are exactly as you wish them to appear and changes can be made to correct any errors.

This high quality cushion is made from polyester and is very soft to the touch.
Supplied with an optional luxury cushion inner - super soft non-allergenic pure hollow fibre.
The cushion cover is removable via a zip, and is machine washable. Please refer to the care instruction label within the cushion cover (please wash with similar colours).

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Should you choose to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the UK, where we are based.
