A digital proof of your design will be sent to you shortly after your order is placed. Here, you can make sure everything on the design is correct before it's dispatched to you. 

This cushion would make a lovely gift for the home. The personalisation includes the family surname and the house number and road.
You are more than welcome to personalise the cushion with your office or studio business name and address to display as a warm welcome in you reception area.

The cushion cover is removable via a zip, and is machine washable. Please refer to the care instruction label within the cushion cover (please wash with similar colours).

Supplied with an optional luxury cushion inner - super soft non-allergenic pure hollow fibre.

Returns Policy:
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Should you choose to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the item(s) to the UK, where we are based.
