How We Work

If you are ordering a product with an option to 'Select Size & Finish', the first price shown is the base price and will change depending on what size & finish you choose. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order, if anything is incorrect please let us know.

 1. Delivery Options:
 

All delivery options depend on the delivery postcode you have entered at checkout (Enter your post code and then choose 'Choose Delivery Method' and the delivery options available will be visible). 

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS 
Free Delivery – 4-5 days*
Standard Delivery (outside Mainland UK) – 7- 10 days*
DPD Express Delivery – next working day from artwork approval*
DPD Next Day Delivery – next working day*
Two Day Delivery – two working days from artwork approval*
Saturday Delivery – deliveries are between 8am and 8pm*
Sunday Delivery - deliveries are between 8am and 8pm*
 
*Not all delivery options are available to all areas, some are postcode specific.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Please expect delivery to be between 10-14 working days after dispatch. You will be able to track your item once it has been dispatched. 
 
Please also note that the cut off time for all delivery options (Free Delivery, Standard Delivery, DPD Express Delivery, DPD Next Day Delivery, Saturday Delivery, Sunday Delivery, Two Day Express Delivery) is 12 noon on the day you order, all orders received after 12 noon will be processed on the next working day.

 
2. What if you order a product where an artwork proof is provided?
 

If you have ordered ‘DPD Express Delivery’ or ‘Two Day Express Delivery’ a proof of your design will be emailed to you within one business day.
 
If you have ordered ‘Free Delivery’ or ‘Standard Delivery’ a proof of your design will be emailed to you within two to three business days.
 
The artwork will be sent to the email address you have provided at checkout. If for any reason you have provided us with an incorrect email address we will not be able to send you the proof, if this happens, please ‘contact us’ to update your email address on your order.
 
Once you have reviewed your artwork proof, you can request any changes you need by replying to the email we have sent you and we will then send you a revised artwork proof as soon as possible. If you are happy with the proof please reply and confirm that ‘I approve my artwork for production’, the quicker you can get back to us with print approval, the quicker you will receive your item! 

 
3. When will my item be delivered?
 

Items that do not require an artwork proof will be dispatched according to the delivery method you have selected.
 
If you have ordered ‘Free or Standard Delivery’ we will need to get print approval from you by 10am three working days before you expect to receive your item.
 
If you have ordered ‘DPD Express Delivery’ we will need to get print approval from you by 10am on the day before you expect to receive your item, artwork approved on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
 
 If you have ordered ‘Two Day Express Delivery’ we will need to get print approval from you by 10am two days before you expect to receive your item, artwork approved on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
 
If you have ordered ‘Saturday or Sunday Delivery’ we will need to get print approval from you by 10am on the Friday before the Saturday/Sunday that your delivery is due.
 
If a bank holiday or public holiday falls within the delivery period this will add additional time to your delivery.
